We have an indefinite records retention schedule, which means we maintain and keep on file every student who has walked through our doors, we keep every sign-in sheet, and maintain records on every course ever offered here at Sacred Wandering. Our records are subject to inspection by the NCBTMB at any time. We do this to ensure our records are accurate and up to date.

If you attended one of our classes and need a copy of your Certificate of Completion, or if you need a copy of a Reiki Certificate, or if you need a transcript of all classes you have taken at Sacred Wandering, you must send in a signed request to our offices.

Requests for official transcripts must be in writing, signed, and with all requested information.

Requests for official transcript cannot be accepted by e-mail or FAX, since an original written signature is required.

There is a requested fee of $3.00 for each record. Please make check or money order payable to Kenneth J. Nelan.

Requests must include:

• Full name
• Previous name if it has changed since attending Stritch
• Current address
• Daytime phone number and/or e-mail address
• State LMT license Number or NCTMB number
• Types of request (Certificate of completion, Reiki Certificate (and which level), or transcript.)
• Address where transcript is to be sent
